In order to uncover the strategies that are being implemented effectively- and replicate them- we need continuous data. We believe that every organization who employs accountants deserves to be empowered with that knowledge.
The Center for Accounting Transformation and CPA Trendlines have come together as advocates for the profession researching staffing strategies in accounting firms and finance departments to shed light on new and innovative staffing approaches and make great strides toward resolving the talent crisis.
We believe that ultimately, accountants are the business professionals can improve the world by providing peace of mind, vision and clarity, and hope. If we can address the current talent crisis, we will then be empowered to redefine what it means to be an accountant and attract those to the profession who want to make a difference.
